- Mental health support
- Care4me, a directory of useful community services managed by Lifetimes
- Togetherall is a safe, online community where people support each other anonymously to improve mental health and wellbeing.
- getUBetter provides evidence based digital self-management support for all common musculoskeletal injuries and conditions including back, back and leg, neck, shoulder, knee and ankle pain.

- Cardiac prevention and rehabilitation at St George’s
- Integrated falls and bone health at St George’s
- Pulmonary rehabilitation across Wandsworth
