We work on behalf of every resident in South West London, so it’s crucial that we create opportunities to talk to people who live in each of our six boroughs – local people, patients, carers and others – about their experience of health services. If you live in Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton or Wandsworth we want you to get involved and help us improve health care to better meet the needs of local people.
The process of listening and responding to local people is called Patient and Public Involvement (PPI), and is central to the NHS Constitution. PPI plays a vital role in improving the NHS and is a huge priority for us.
We want to hear from and talk with as many residents as we can. If there are other things that could make it easier for you to talk with us, please let us know.
